From vintage woodburners and massive steam to sleek, electric-powered and diesel engines, you’ll discover the dynamic history and technology of the industry that built our nation.

Younger visitors, and the young at heart, will enjoy Stewart Junction railway education center, with its fun and challenging hands-on activities. Take time to observe restoration work as it happens via closed circuit tv, view the exhibits of art and photography in the gallery and browse the Museum store.

With more than 100 historic locomotives and railroad cars in this fascinating, world-class collection, plan to spend at least 90 minutes to see it all.
